About Us | Office Staff
![]() | Our Dave is a jack of all trades, it seems. Apart from flying balloons, his affable nature helps him juggle management duties with international sales trips, fatherhood and early morning starts. He is 'the man' for all things culinary: his curry recipes are nearing legendary status and his addiction to Malaysian fried rice is a bit worrisome.
![]() | Despina is the one with the largest number of aliases... Despina, Christina, & counting... thanks to the ownership of a unique name. In keeping with the fountain of names bestowed on her, she blesses us in the office with made-up words of her own, like 'presentationalist'. Her other talents include overseas travel for work (tough job!) and pilot of our office systems.
![]() | Kiff is our intrepid leader, owner of the business and chief pilot. Being the only vegetarian amongst us, he graciously indulges our meat preferences at working dinners, and is very gentle with cows that graze the paddocks we land in. His decisive leadership and forward thinking drive the business and set the benchmark for the rest of us...except for that vegetarian thing.
![]() | Chantal is fresh from her tourism course and adds an element of youthful enthusiasm to the team. Chantal brings a positive energy to our office and always greets our passengers with a friendly smile when making thier ballooning arrangements...we love you Chantaroo!
![]() | Ben regales us with tales of his passion for the Collingwood football club, tomato sauce pasta and his tinny-shaped beer fridge. He brings a dose of laid back blokey-ness to the office & that guarantees entertaining discussions about the colours blokes prefer their gift boxes to be (BLACK, he says). He had been a tad smug since his team won the basketball grand final 2005 but he is feeling better now.
![]() | Rachel is fresh from her tourism courses and add an element of youthful enthusiasm to the team. We appreciate Rachel's ability to adapt and learn so quickly, her dedication to taking care of customers and their eagerness to get up at 4.30 a.m. for their balloon flights! Rachel recently won an award for overall excellence, upon completing her Diploma in Tourism.
