Despina received the award at this month's Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) Symposium.

Dear Elise & all at Global Ballooning,
My family and I went on a flight yesterday morning over Melbourne.
It was one of the most fantastic things we have ever done. We all absolutely loved it. Nick was our pilot and he did a great job looking after us and so did Burkey on the ground. We found your staff to be very friendly and proffessional at all times and they made this a wonderful and very enjoyable experience for us all.
The breakfast was the icing on the cake. It was sensational! We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and it was just brilliant. Thank you all so much for everything.(even making the booking was easy). We can't wait to go again. You guys rock!

As a 20th wedding anniversary, I surprised my wife, Kerri, with a hot air ballon flight over Melbourne CBD and all we can say is " What an experience", made even more awesome and enjoyable by the humour and professionalism of Nick and Bourkie. The peacefulness and floating feeling in a hot air balloon is an experience that my wife and I will never forget. Due to the experience and professionalism of Nick and Bourkie, my wife is now pressuring me to do the Yarra Valley flight with Global Ballooning.......Thanks Nick, Thanks Bourkie.
